Our breakthrough emerged from a panicked client in 2023. Their pivotal investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements delivered in sync. Instead of saying "impossible," our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets crafted to look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
